چکیده

Abstract Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are bilayer-membrane-bound isolated from biofluids and tissues. Recently, these organelles have been recognized as a novel mode for inter intra-cellular communication. The three critical subtypes of EVs include exosomes, microvesicles, apoptotic bodies. They can be discriminated according to their size, cargo, biogenesis, release pathways, functions. These serve vehicles transferring bioactive molecules lipids, proteins, cytokines, regulatory RNAs, locally remotely. A wide range cell types releases EVs, cargo differs under normal pathological conditions. facts make them possible biomarkers diagnosing treating different medical Isolation various female male reproductive tissues such prostate, epididymis, seminal fluid, fallopian tube, cumulus, mural granulosa cells, oocytes, embryos at developmental stages, endometrium, decidua has described. Oogenesis, sperm maturation, fertilization, embryo development, implantation composite processes highly reliant on the interaction between cells. Existing data show that miRNAs proteins in epididymal fluid associated with testicular maturation transferred by Ovarian follicular growth is synchronized process comprising bidirectional communication oocyte, Some studies identified several species' (FF), including bovine, equine, human. To date, linking oogenesis primarily descriptive. EV micro-RNA (EV-miRNA) FF target pathways mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), wingless signaling pathway (WNT), epidermal factor receptor (ErbB), transforming beta (TGFß). related folliculogenesis, meiotic resumption, ovulation. EV-miRNAs follicles contained mature oocytes were fertilization potential quality. In addition, derived microvillous-rich oolemma may neutralize acrosome reaction prevent polyspermy. Animal human confirmed stages secrete into extracellular medium, internalize EVs. number, miRNA profile, size secreted vary across cycle embryos’ potential. Endometrial essential blastocyst's adhesion. ovine, uterine lumen flushing during implantation. Uterine flush internalized trophectoderm cells conceptus, reducing proliferation. study reproduction increased exponentially last few years. Evidence support contribute oogenesis, Further research will help us expand noninvasive methods identify new field.

p49: the role of extra cellular matrix in brain injury

traumatic brain injury (tbi) results from a sudden and external physical impact to the head, and often leads to motor and cognitive impairment. using tissue engineering strategies, we aimed to review aspects of extra cellular matrix (ecm) based scaffold that could be delivered to the injured brain. the ecm is produced intracellularly and secreted to form a dense network of proteins and glycans,...

the analysis of the role of the speech acts theory in translating and dubbing hollywood films
